This could not be easier. Just browse through the online store and click on an item you would like to buy. This is then placed into the shopping cart. When you are finished go to the shopping cart and check out.

The use of online order discount is subject to our terms & conditions. All offers, unless stated, are valid for limited periods only, and do not coincide with any other promotions. We reserve the right to deny or cancel promotion and discounts at any time.

We accept credit card payment. This includes Visa and Mastercard. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed.

All orders are sent and delivered by Parcelforce service signed for delivery or Royal Mail.

On orders that are placed outside of England, Wales and the Lowlands of Scotland please select overseas as there maybe an additional postal charge. Within England, Wales and Lowlands of Scotland there is no charge. (only on Orders of £75 and greater).

There will be a £6.75 charge on orders less than £75.00

Please note. If a refund brings the total order below £75.00, a charge for postage will be deducted.

An alternative delivery address can be arranged once payment has been completed and authorised.

Some parcels are dispatched through Royal Mail or by ParcelForce. If they are sent via ParcelForce a signature will be required for delivery.

All orders If an item that you have requested is not in stock ruBIGorTALL.com will do our best to acquire the item. The customer will always be contacted first, with an option to:

• 1. Wait for the item to return into stock and then pay
• 2. Choose an alternative item or
• 3. Cancel the item from the order

It is the customer’s choice.

If an article is returned for any reason a refund will be given providing the article is in the same condition that it is sent out in and within the 14 days. Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting and that the parcel is adequately insured.
