If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with the product, ruBIGorTALL.com offers a 14 day refund or exchange policy or a full no questions asked refund, providing the item is still in its original packaging unused.
If you are returning an item please send to the following PO Box Address with proof of purchase. A new garment will then be dispatched.

Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting and that the parcel is adequately insured.

Please note. If a refund brings the total order below £75.00, a charge for postage will be deducted.
Please note that for hygienic reasons underwear and socks can not be returned.
